We are renowned for our high stock levels however we do have several products that are 'made to order'
We aim to be able to ship 95% of our customers’ orders out ‘on time in full’ and are renowned for our high stock levels.
However, if it does happen that a product is ordered with low stock, you will be notified immediately.
There are several products that are 'made to order' and have a longer lead time such as:
- Firechief® Kitchen Stove Guard
- Firechief® PyroCloud Systems
- Firechief® Architectural Cabinets
These products generally have an 8-week lead time.
If you have ordered one of these products, we will clearly communicate the timeline and expected delivery.
